Job Summary

As a Senior Creative Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:
* Utilize numerous networking tools to develop and grow a candidate talent base for creative and marketing projects and interim staffing solutions.
* Quickly source, recruit, interview and match highly skilled creative professionals to clients creative needs using our internal database, job boards, social networking and portfolio sites, etc.
* Connect with people in-person, by phone, and using various digital methods to establish strong business relationships.
* Responsible for solidifying The Creative Groups brand and presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations, trade association events, local user groups, and alliance meetings and events.
* Deliver the highest level of quality customer care and service.
* Partner closely with Recruiters and cross-functional teammates to accomplish daily business growth and placement goals.
* Work in a collaborative team environment while being accountable for individual goals.
* Take incoming phone and online inquiries from clients and candidates as required.
* Contact with all managerial levels to determine candidates fit for the assignment and viability to support specific client needs.
* Strategize with teammates to accomplish daily business growth and placement goals.
* Reports to the Division Director.

Qualifications:
* Candidates for this role must be able to demonstrate excellent business development, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment.
* Minimum 3+ years experience in one of the following practice areas: marketing, branding, advertising, public relations, creative design, or multimedia.
* Ability to discern creative ability in both design and copy practices also is required.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Director of Group Sales, the Senior Group Sales Manager is responsible for actively prospecting and qualifying new business.
They will also produce and/or review all sales contracts, rate agreements, and/or banquet/catering event orders for the groups in their segment. In addition they will act in support of the Director of Group Sales on a daily basis and in their absence.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Be a leader in the department
* Actively prospect and qualify new business
* Monitor and handle inquiry calls and emails
* Provide client proposals in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures
* Produce and/or review all sales contracts, rate agreements and banquet event orders
* Arrange and conduct special events, site inspections, and off-site presentations for potential clients
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and room night goals
* Produce monthly sales-related reports and sales forecasts for segment
* Attend and represent hotel at trade shows and conventions and/or participate in sales trips to key feeder markets
* Attend key meetings

* Revenue Maximization
* Forecast
* Sales Strategy

Make key business decisions on groups and catering business when the DOS and DOC arent available.

Mentor new managers on setting up career goals/aspirations

Be a resource to sales managers relative to their day to day responsibilities

Represent hotel at high profile hotel/Boston events

Attend internal hotel events as a representative of the sales team.

Be a leader in Daily Business Review

Be a resource to DOS on special projects, examples listed below
* Organize quarterly blitz
* Design and work on promotions for need dates with DOSM, and Ecommerce manager
* Design new high level group proposal
* Forecasting
* Goal setting

Additional duties as assigned

Requirements include some College in addition to 5 plus years sales or marketing related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience and a related degree is preferred.
Prior hotel sales experience is required.

You must be able to travel to attend workshops, tradeshows, conventions, etc. and may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Patient Services Rep, Occasional Part Time, Variable hours working Mon-Sat 7:15am to 6pm

Position Summary:

The Patient Services Representative is responsible for answering telephones, taking concise messages, scanning and indexing information into the medical record, handling requests for medical records and basic scheduling. This position requires population specific competencies. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires.

Essential Functions:

The Patient Services Representative responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Responsible for receiving and/or dispatching incoming phone calls

* Collects payments for copays and deductibles

* Makes financial arrangements for patients

* Performs check in and out duties accurately and timely

* Makes appointments for visits and, if an emergency, informs a clinical employee or provider

* Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits and records the information in the medical record; completes referrals to specialty providers, home health, etc.

* Accurately enters patient demographics into the practice management system

* Takes messages when answering the telephone, correctly spelling names and identifying patient by two patient identifiers according to National Patient Safety Goals

* Takes clear and concise messages from pharmacies, physicians and hospital personnel; directs the message to the Clinical employee and/or Provider

* Manages large call volume while maintaining excellent telephone etiquette

* 6 months customer service experience, 6 months telephone customer service experience preferred
